About the role

  • As People Lead, you’ll act as the bridge between leadership and teams — translating company goals into impactful people initiatives.
  • You’ll drive culture, engagement, and performance within your agency, ensuring that every person feels supported, developed, and aligned to our values.
  • You’ll be hands-on, working closely with managers to embed people processes, manage the employee lifecycle, and continuously improve how we hire, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle across multiple agencies.
  • Maintain HR systems, data accuracy, and compliance.
  • Partner with finance and operations on payroll, benefits, and headcount changes.
  • Support and coach managers on people-related matters and employee relations.
  • Run performance review cycles and ensure outcomes are tracked and actioned.
  • Partner with the Head of People to enhance training, progression, and development programmes.
  • Support data-led decision making through engagement, turnover, and performance reporting.
  • Lead on engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programmes.
  • Collect and act on feedback to continuously improve employee experience.
  • Help build and maintain a culture that celebrates excellence, ownership, and growth.
  • Line manage People Executives or Coordinators (where applicable).
  • Partner closely with agency leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People on group-wide people strategy and continuous improvement.
