About the role

  • People & Culture Intern supporting HR processes at 4screen, a Driver Interaction Platform. Shaping onboarding experiences, managing office culture, and contributing to various People & Culture projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR administration by optimizing internal team and company-wide HR processes
  • Drive growth by reaching out to new talent, guiding candidates through the application process, and supporting employer branding efforts
  • Promote company culture by embodying it externally and organizing team events
  • Manage the office environment to reflect company culture and ensure team comfort
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects to gain valuable hands-on experience

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies
  • Availability for a 6-month internship
  • Valid residence and work permit for the entire duration of employment
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
  • Previous internship or working-student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Hands-on, can-do mindset
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
  • A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn
