Responsibilities
Support HR administration by optimizing internal team and company-wide HR processes
Drive growth by reaching out to new talent, guiding candidates through the application process, and supporting employer branding efforts
Promote company culture by embodying it externally and organizing team events
Manage the office environment to reflect company culture and ensure team comfort
Contribute to People & Culture projects to gain valuable hands-on experience
Requirements
Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies
Availability for a 6-month internship
Valid residence and work permit for the entire duration of employment
Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
Previous internship or working-student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Hands-on, can-do mindset
Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn
