- Guide senior leaders in developing talent pipelines and building critical skills such as AI fluency, digital capabilities, and adaptability.
- Provide coaching and tools that enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational capability.
- Assess organizational structures and operating models; recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and scalability.
- Support senior leaders in navigating transformation and change, including readiness, communication, and cultural alignment.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen workforce agility and cross‑team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including consulting directly with senior leaders.
- Strong background in talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, or leadership development.
- Advanced proficiency with analytics, insights, and AI‑enabled HR tools.
- Exceptional influencing skills and executive presence, with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Experience working in complex, global, or matrixed organizations.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
