Requirements
Completed degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences or Diversity Management (or completed vocational training with comparable qualifications acquired through many years of professional experience)
Experience in diversity management and in implementing measures and events to promote diversity
Professional experience in personnel development and recruitment, as well as in planning and executing organizational tasks
Very good German and English skills
Very good Microsoft 365 (MS365) skills
