Responsibilities
Support on People staffing activities/HR operation related queries and tasks.
Local execution of Global Programs (Training Events, Performance Management processes, Engagement Survey activation)
Support delivery of continuous improvement projects related to Digitalization roadmap.
Coordination and communication of local initiatives (Learning & Development Plan, Well Being, Diversity & Inclusion agenda)
Support (when needed) also plant-related activities.
Requirements

Strong communication skills, being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous work experience in multinational company in HR function (preferred)
