About the role

  • People Experience Intern supporting staffing and HR operations at Mondelēz International. Engaging in local execution of global programs and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support on People staffing activities/HR operation related queries and tasks.
  • Local execution of Global Programs (Training Events, Performance Management processes, Engagement Survey activation)
  • Support delivery of continuous improvement projects related to Digitalization roadmap.
  • Coordination and communication of local initiatives (Learning & Development Plan, Well Being, Diversity & Inclusion agenda)
  • Support (when needed) also plant-related activities.

Requirements

  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Proactive and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous work experience in multinational company in HR function (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR databases such as Workday (preferred)
  • Fluent in Italian and English
