About the role

  • Strategic People Lead managing performance and cultural initiatives for a leading digital marketing firm. Focusing on aligning team structures and delivering People strategy to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure consistent application of our competency framework across recruitment, performance, and progression
  • Shape and deliver our strategic People roadmap
  • Monitor and report on the commercial impact of People initiatives
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on team structures and team performance
  • Facilitate sessions with leaders to align priorities and address capability gaps
  • Help refine performance review processes in line with business needs
  • Lead initiatives to embed the company’s vision, mission, and values into practices
  • Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes for a consistent employee experience
  • Develop employee wellbeing initiatives aligned with team norms

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a People leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to shape and deliver strategic People initiatives
  • Experience in managing performance frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on people initiatives
  • Experience in collaboration with executive leadership
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks and career development
  • Ability to deliver training and development programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to promote a culture of open feedback
