Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure consistent application of our competency framework across recruitment, performance, and progression
- Shape and deliver our strategic People roadmap
- Monitor and report on the commercial impact of People initiatives
- Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on team structures and team performance
- Facilitate sessions with leaders to align priorities and address capability gaps
