Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, or organisational development
Ideally Degree qualified in a related discipline and hold CIPD qualification
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Can demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive change and support business objectives
Ability to coach and guide leaders through complex people issues
