About the role

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group Human Resources Directorate, you will be responsible for HR management across a scope of 10 to 15 supermarkets
  • Support and advise store Managers and Directors on all HR matters
  • Oversee disciplinary management and ensure proper procedural compliance
  • Supervise employee relations and oversee works council elections
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and Group agreements
  • Conduct social audits and define corrective action plans
  • Manage strategic recruitments and implement training initiatives

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Human Resources or Labor/Employment Law
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a generalist HR role or as a regional HR manager, ideally in large-scale retail, grocery retail or a multi-site environment
  • Strong expertise in labor law and collective/employee relations
  • Leadership, strong coaching skills and an excellent advisory approach
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Both strategic and hands-on operational approach
  • Field-oriented, autonomous and able to manage sensitive situations
