About the role

  • Intern managing recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives at Bwtech, a tech company transforming telecommunications.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage all stages of the recruitment process (resume screening, interviews, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding)
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation training for new hires
  • Participate in feedback cycles and performance evaluations
  • Monitor probationary periods and conduct exit interviews
  • Support employee experience initiatives (events, celebrations, internal campaigns, etc.)
  • Participate in employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
  • Assist with People Operations and administrative HR processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about people management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Availability for a hybrid work model (Belo Horizonte, MG)
