Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute People strategies that directly support overarching business goals.
Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, structural changes, and succession planning to ensure the business scales effectively.
Drive performance management programmes, championing a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and professional growth.
Coach and mentor managers at all levels to enhance their leadership capabilities and help them navigate complex team dynamics.
Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, resolving them fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with employment law.
Analyse key People metrics (such as turnover, engagement, and diversity data) to identify trends and implement proactive, data-informed solutions.
Lead communication and change management initiatives to guide teams smoothly through periods of rapid growth or structural shifts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
8+ years of experience in People & Culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector.
In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment.
