- Coach and mentor managers at all levels to enhance their leadership capabilities and help them navigate complex team dynamics.
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, resolving them fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with employment law.
- Analyse key People metrics (such as turnover, engagement, and diversity data) to identify trends and implement proactive, data-informed solutions.
- Lead communication and change management initiatives to guide teams smoothly through periods of rapid growth or structural shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in People & Culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment.
