Responsibilities
You actively contribute to the design, organization and support of our internal networking and development program.
You further develop performance and feedback processes, thereby strengthening a sustainable performance and feedback culture.
You plan and manage our future leadership development program — including content design and coordination of external partners.
You design, conduct and analyze employee surveys to generate valuable insights for organizational development.
You facilitate workshops and meetings related to personnel development.
You develop concepts for talent and succession planning in close coordination with HR and management.
You manage training administration — from planning and organization to coordinating internal and external training activities.
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in personnel development or related projects.
Enthusiasm for advancing modern HR topics and implementing innovative ideas in practice.
Strong communication skills, a confident presence and experience working with different management levels.
Creativity, a structured working style and the ability to combine conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation.
Willingness to travel within Germany.
