Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding analyses and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, verification of documents, and organization of personnel files.
Provide support to the legal department, assisting with preparation and submission of documents and preparing defenses for labor claims.
Support general HR activities, including:
Benefits administration
Time and attendance control and processing
Support for payroll-related activities
Provide assistance to managers and employees, in person and via the ZEEV platform, offering guidance on processes, internal policies, and HR procedures.
Support other administrative and operational demands of the department.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience with HR routines is a plus.
Availability to work in the CIC neighborhood.
