Requirements
5+ years of experience in Start-ups, consultancy
Experience in Operations, Revenue Management, or Business Operations, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, revenue analytics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Negotiation skills are a plus
Experience with data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools
Project management experience, particularly in cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
