Responsibilities
Report into Head of Revenue Operations
Support and enable Revenue teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success
Operational owner of new business engine
Build systems, processes, and automations for qualified opportunities
Design and maintain lead-to-revenue journey processes
Build and maintain reporting for Marketing and Sales performance
Drive efficiencies in GTM engine and optimize acquisition processes
Maximize sales productivity through better tooling and design
Requirements
Proven experience in a full-funnel Revenue Operations role
Expertise in HubSpot with strong admin experience
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM models
Hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing GTM tech stacks
Direct experience running GTM initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Ability to think strategically and translate high-level goals into actionable execution plans
Experience with low-code tools to drive operational efficiencies
Comfortable using Excel and AI assistants
Some familiarity with SQL
