About the role

  • Revenue Operations Manager at Semble managing processes for Revenue teams. Remote role in UK and EU with a focus on optimizing acquisition and sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Report into Head of Revenue Operations
  • Support and enable Revenue teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success
  • Operational owner of new business engine
  • Build systems, processes, and automations for qualified opportunities
  • Design and maintain lead-to-revenue journey processes
  • Build and maintain reporting for Marketing and Sales performance
  • Drive efficiencies in GTM engine and optimize acquisition processes
  • Maximize sales productivity through better tooling and design

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a full-funnel Revenue Operations role
  • Expertise in HubSpot with strong admin experience
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM models
  • Hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing GTM tech stacks
  • Direct experience running GTM initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate high-level goals into actionable execution plans
  • Experience with low-code tools to drive operational efficiencies
  • Comfortable using Excel and AI assistants
  • Some familiarity with SQL
