Support the Talent Development team in implementing, managing, and continuously improving talent programs
Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing and office positions including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening
Assist with coordination of the new hire orientation, including scheduling, attendance tracking, event set-up, distribution of welcome gifts, ordering of materials, and more
Conduct additional aspects of the employee onboarding process, such as I-9 completion, documentation verification, badge distribution
Analyze and assemble reports on team member engagement data
Maintain training records for hourly and salaried team members, maintaining an organized system of filing, tracking, uploading to the HRIS, and ensuring accurate compliance
Lead projects as assigned by your leader
Requirements
Student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field for entire duration of internship
Graduation date of December 2026 or later
Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for full duration or part of internship
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
