About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner handling EMEA management consultations and overseeing employee lifecycle at Körber Pharma Software. Collaborating on organizational development and HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR advisory to senior-level leaders and management across the EMEA region
  • Support and implementation of organizational development and change projects
  • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (performance management, development, retention, onboarding & offboarding)
  • Advising on employment law matters in an international context (in collaboration with Group Legal)
  • Designing and further developing leadership, talent and succession concepts
  • Managing and executing group-wide HR initiatives and standards at the regional level
  • Analyzing HR metrics and deriving strategic measures
  • Close collaboration with local HR teams, Centers of Excellence and global HR stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • 5–8 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international, technology- or software-oriented environment
  • Solid experience advising leaders at senior and executive levels
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, change management and modern HR practices
  • Experience working across the EMEA region and handling diverse legal and cultural frameworks
  • High strategic competence, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Analytical mindset and solution- and result-oriented working style
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
