Responsibilities

  • Support on current strategic topics
  • Support HR services for top management
  • Contribute to employee development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and perform data analyses
  • Prepare materials and analyses for decision-making
  • Execute small HR projects
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology (Wirtschaftspsychologie) or a comparable field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of autonomous responsibilities
  • Reliable, with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
