Responsibilities
Lead HR Transformation Strategy and Initiatives: Collaborate with our clients to deliver HR strategies, creating comprehensive roadmaps that align HR initiatives with our clients’ organisational goals and objectives.
Manage HRIS Implementation: Implement HR systems (e.g. Workday and Oracle Fusion) from conception, requirements gathering, through configuration, process optimization, service delivery uplift, to UAT, training and adoption.
Delivery Excellence: Oversee project delivery, managing budgets, plans, risks and issues, whilst ensuring high-quality deliverables that leverage best practices and innovative solutions from KPMG’s global network.
Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse sectors. Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support the growth of our HR transformation portfolio.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team and contribute to people management responsibilities as a performance manager.
Strategic Insight: Stay abreast of the latest HR technology trends, providing clients with strategic advice to enhance operational efficiency and transformation outcomes.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in HR transformation and HRIS implementation, ideally within a large consulting environment.
Extensive experience in delivering HR transformation strategy, operational optimisation and change management.
Proven hands-on experience in implementing leading HRIS solutions, especially Oracle Fusion and/or Workday, which is considered a significant advantage.
Ability to multitask across a broad range of activities and manage complex projects to successful completion.
