Responsibilities
Provide the strategic vision for our fastest-growing hub.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the flawless execution of employee support and organizational health initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of People Partners, overseeing the end-to-end employee experience.
Provide guidance, support, and oversight for all talent acquisition related activity.
Analyze workforce trends and partner with senior leadership to drive long-term business success.
Collaborate with Learning & Development, Rewards & Systems, and the leadership team to champion equitable practices and attract, develop, and retain world-class talent globally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of comprehensive experience across People Operations and Talent Acquisition and People, including 3+ years of leadership managing high-performing, global teams
Deep expertise in employment law and statutory compliance, with a strong understanding of the Indian labor market and international standards
Analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail, specifically regarding workforce trends and organizational data
Executive-level communication skills with a proven track record of influencing and interfacing with C-suite and senior leadership
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy, with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations with discretion
