Responsibilities
Office & People Operations: You will support day-to-day operations — from organizing and coordinating with external service providers and handling administrative people processes (e.g., reference letters and contractual documents) to processing employee inquiries and ensuring efficient workflows.
Workplace Support: You are the first point of contact for employees on workplace matters, technical equipment, and office services.
Onboarding & Offboarding: You help ensure a professional start for new team members by preparing workstations and supporting the onboarding process.
Events & Culture: You help design and organize internal events and initiatives related to company culture.
Internal Communication: You support internal communications and the preparation of internal information, as well as the development of clear people and workplace processes.
Fleet & Travel Management: Administrative support for mobility matters, including pool cars and travel arrangements.
Wellbeing & Office Experience: From snacks and drinks to overall workplace quality — you actively contribute to creating a positive office experience.
