Support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)
Support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)
Create as well as update forms and templates for our document library
Participate and work in HR-related projects with the team and independently
Collaborate with other HR functions, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR Company Services when needed
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization and harmonization of HR processes
You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
