About the role

  • Support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings, etc.)
  • Support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)
  • Create as well as update forms and templates for our document library
  • Participate and work in HR-related projects with the team and independently
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR Company Services when needed

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
  • You are inspired by HR topics, digitalization and harmonization of HR processes
  • You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
  • You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
