About the role

  • Lead HR for Technology and represent HR in strategic areas. Drive organizational changes and support cultural transformation in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Represent HR on the leadership teams of the "Artificial Intelligence, Data, Architecture and Partnerships" and "Core Platforms and Information Security" directorates, influencing executives on people-related decisions.
  • Lead change management and organizational design processes.
  • Be an active voice in building digital capabilities and Globo's future agenda.
  • Act as a leadership coach, fostering development and performance.
  • Manage crises and conflicts, driving action plans with leaders.
  • Facilitate career committees and talent mapping.
  • Develop retention, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support strategic decisions using data and analysis.
  • Assist in the management of the Directorate's personnel budget.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (10+ years) in people management, preferably in digital environments.
  • Strategic business perspective and ability to influence leadership.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, change management and workforce planning.
  • Data analysis skills to support decision making.
  • Experience in succession planning and talent development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Systemic and strategic vision.
  • Focus on innovation and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership style.
  • Clear and assertive communication.
