About the role

  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to ensure employees are supported, engaged, and empowered
  • Lead initiatives that reinforce company culture and values, ensuring alignment with mission and vision
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including managing social media presence
  • Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve employee experience in compliance with labor legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to improve employee skills and organizational performance
  • Contribute to domestic and international HR projects, ensuring local practices align with global standards
  • Support recruitment and employer branding activities as part of the HR team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HRBP or Generalist role preferably in international environment
  • Proven experience advising leaders on organisational design, performance, talent, and culture in a scaling or multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law in relevant jurisdictions
  • Passion for human resources and a drive to make a difference
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other HR technology platforms
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and various social media platforms
  • Eagerness to contribute with your own ideas and drive their implementation
