Requirements
Previous experience in HRBP or Generalist role preferably in international environment
Proven experience advising leaders on organisational design, performance, talent, and culture in a scaling or multinational environment
Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law in relevant jurisdictions
Passion for human resources and a drive to make a difference
Excellent English language skills
Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other HR technology platforms
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and various social media platforms
Eagerness to contribute with your own ideas and drive their implementation
