About the role

  • Provide support for administrative and operational HR routines
  • Manage the employee onboarding process
  • Provide assistance and support for HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Assist with the department's administrative routines
  • Record invoices, perform cost allocations, and initiate payment workflows for departmental expenses

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative or HR activities
  • Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advantage: Experience with payments, accounting entries, and invoice tracking
