About the role

  • Head of People & Culture leading overall people strategy at a creative and e-commerce group. Ensuring operations and culture align with business goals for an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of people operations including workforce planning, talent management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement people policies that balance employee needs with business objectives.
  • Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Provide guidance on complex HR matters including disciplianry and grievances.**
  • Build and manage robust performance review frameworks.
  • Partner with department heads to align people goals with commercial objectives.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development programmes.
  • Ensure consistent career development and progression processes.**
  • Lead company-wide culture initiatives and internal communications.
  • Drive engagement through recognition, feedback loops, and inclusive events.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain a values-led culture that drives motivation and excellence**
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Present people insights and performance trends at leadership level.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations on reward, benefits, and headcount planning.**
