Responsibilities
Develop and execute product-led growth marketing strategies for each of our fintech products.
Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform growth initiatives, with a focus on our markets of operation including Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Madagsacar, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and more.
Build acquisition loops, run performance marketing campaigns, and deliver consistent growth in signups.
Create 2–4 SEO/GEO-optimized content pieces (blogs, lead magnets, etc.) each month to generate and qualify leads.
Create and manage product marketing communications that bring users back into our applications and increase lifetime value.
Run monthly growth experiments to increase ROI, reduce CAC, and improve retention.
Drive buzz and brand awareness through earned media and mentions in strategic publications, and help identify and execute new partnership opportunities.
Work with product, sales, and leadership to align growth efforts and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, including running digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) and creating SEO-optimized content.
Prior experience in fintech or financial services, ideally Bank or SME-focused.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns for African markets.
Strong track record of independently driving growth initiatives from strategy through execution.
Solid understanding of planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting processes.
Knowledge of strategies to grow products to 1M+ users.
