About the role

  • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers, intermediaries, and partner agencies to build a robust and healthy new business pipeline
  • Manage the end-to-end new business pitch process, including resourcing for new business needs
  • Maintain and continue to add to core growth materials — including creds, case studies, and pitch materials
  • Manage and contribute to the new business pipeline, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proactive planning in partnership with the Growth team
  • Collaborate with regional growth + marketing teams on regional workstreams

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in new business or growth roles within an agency environment - agency experience is critical
  • Proven success in managing integrated pitch processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of marketing, communications, and creative industries, with strong commercial instincts
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills; an excellent presenter and writer
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM or pipeline tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage reporting is a plus
  • Ability to travel periodically
