Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers, intermediaries, and partner agencies to build a robust and healthy new business pipeline
Manage the end-to-end new business pitch process, including resourcing for new business needs
Maintain and continue to add to core growth materials — including creds, case studies, and pitch materials
Manage and contribute to the new business pipeline, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proactive planning in partnership with the Growth team
Collaborate with regional growth + marketing teams on regional workstreams
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in new business or growth roles within an agency environment - agency experience is critical
Proven success in managing integrated pitch processes with multiple stakeholders
Deep understanding of marketing, communications, and creative industries, with strong commercial instincts
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills; an excellent presenter and writer
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM or pipeline tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage reporting is a plus
Ability to travel periodically
