Responsibilities
Partner with Strategic Advisors, shaping proposals, guiding contracting processes, and supporting deal closure
Work closely with delivery teams to scope opportunities, align on success metrics, and ensure projects deliver measurable clinical and operational impact
Navigate complex healthcare stakeholder environments including C-suite, clinical leadership, IT, compliance, and procurement
Serve as connective tissue across Distyl teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and coordinated execution in healthcare engagements
Manage complex workstreams with enterprise healthcare clients
Represent Distyl with healthcare executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships
Bring curiosity and insight to AI/LLM applications in healthcare
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, consulting, product management, strategy, or similar fields
Direct operational experience with major health systems, payors, health plans, or pharma companies
Strong understanding of healthcare contracting, procurement cycles, and enterprise sales processes
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environment (HIPAA, FDA, CMS requirements) and its impact on technology adoption
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex priorities
Passion for technology with exposure to AI/LLMs preferred
