About the role

  • Account Executive at MuleSoft specializing in digital transformation strategies with C-level executives. Building relationships and driving customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads
  • Develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and c-suite decision makers
  • Help customers realize value from Salesforce investments
  • Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Assist with account planning at assigned accounts
  • Share both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full cycle sales experience (Enterprise)
  • At least 5 years in Enterprise Sales (Enterprise)
  • Average of 5+ years of experience preferred (Commercial)
  • At least 3 in the field with a proven track record of success (Commercial)
  • Experience in selling technical platforms preferred
  • Integration / API Market Awareness
  • Management of large key account(s)
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
