Responsibilities
Conduct regular client visits within the assigned territory to promote products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
Develop sales strategies aligned with customer profiles and company guidelines.
Provide consultative support by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to product use and, when necessary, request technical support.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Prepare visit, opportunity, and activity reports in Salesforce.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and contribute to annual target planning.
Manage the sales order process through to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Care, Finance, and Technical Support.
Apply intermediate welding techniques in SMAW, MIG/MAG, and FCAW processes.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Analyze product catalogs and competitor specifications.
Prepare test specimens.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of equipment operation.
Requirements
Technical degree completed and/or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Technical Consultant.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of welding equipment and consumables.
Basic English and/or Spanish language skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems.
Additional certifications or specialized training are a plus.
