About the role

  • Mid-Level Sales Executive responsible for consultative sales and customer relationships in Brazil. Focus on sales strategies, customer needs, and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client visits within the assigned territory to promote products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with customer profiles and company guidelines.
  • Provide consultative support by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to product use and, when necessary, request technical support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Prepare visit, opportunity, and activity reports in Salesforce.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and contribute to annual target planning.
  • Manage the sales order process through to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Care, Finance, and Technical Support.
  • Apply intermediate welding techniques in SMAW, MIG/MAG, and FCAW processes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Analyze product catalogs and competitor specifications.
  • Prepare test specimens.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of equipment operation.

Requirements

  • Technical degree completed and/or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Technical Consultant.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of welding equipment and consumables.
  • Basic English and/or Spanish language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training are a plus.
