  • Account Executive developing and nurturing client relationships for healthcare benefits at Collective Health. Requires deep healthcare knowledge and strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a cohesive relationship stewardship strategy for your assigned book of business
  • Become an expert in the Collective Health product offering
  • Support the team’s broader book of business with broker relationships
  • Demonstrate a solution-oriented relationship management approach
  • Minimize process exceptions & escalations
  • Own and coordinate all client communications, meetings, and events
  • Ensure smooth client journey from sale to renewal
  • Fully own the client relationship
  • Develop ability to self-serve data and reporting
  • Maintain view of the full client journey
  • Develop deep customer & consultant relationships
  • Execute successful end-to-end contract negotiations
  • Build client relationships that will lead to long term partnerships
  • Proactively review performance metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Client Relationship Management
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare/managed care business, including self-insured medical, dental, and pharmacy product knowledge
  • Strong persuasion/negotiation skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who is resourceful
