Responsibilities
Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
Requirements
You are self-motivated and highly driven
Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
Sales experience preferred but not required
Financial Services experience is a plus
Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
