About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative assessing customer financial situations and guiding them to solutions. Hybrid role with performance-based compensation and a focus on customer care and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
  • Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
  • Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
  • Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
  • Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards

Requirements

  • You are self-motivated and highly driven
  • Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
  • Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Financial Services experience is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
