Answer queue customer calls and Tessco.com Live Chats, and email inquiries quickly and professionally while building rapport with customers
Provide an exceptional customer experience on each call or interaction
Process Salesforce.com pre and post-sale cases (we will train you)
Provide Tessco.com support to customers
Convert inquiries into orders while promoting Tessco’s value proposition in all customer correspondence
Process quotes and orders accurately and timely using our solid processes
Collaborate with team members to get customers the solution they need
Mentor new team members for smooth and efficient onboarding
Possible travel for trainings as needed
Requirements
Professional and pleasant phone demeanor
Great at building rapport and making connections quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A natural problem solver with a customer first mindset
Strong attention to detail and good follow up skills
Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
Demonstrate empathetic active listening skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
