About the role

  • Focus on our own Retail stores across all Salomon and Wilson
  • Provide superior organizational and communication skills
  • Work within a small team with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ensure processes are adhered to

Requirements

  • Using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Responding to our Retail Stores enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolution
  • Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to consumers
  • Preparing stock for return to inventory
  • Investigating repair options for items
  • Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers
  • Preparing reports for vendor claims
  • Extensive liaison with various departments
  • Experience of working in the sporting goods industry will be highly regarded.
