Requirements

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students and university staff.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey Sharp's value proposition.
  • Understanding of the student recruitment landscape and trends in higher education.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruiting.
