Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, logistics or a related field, with above-average academic performance
Native-level German proficiency is required; fluent English proficiency for effective communication
Initial experience in customer support or project management
Exceptional time-management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Must be located in Munich
Ability to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays as required for the Business Operations role
Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently, assume significant responsibility, and drive meaningful impact
Commitment to continuously raising standards by improving quality and efficiency in all areas of work
