Responsibilities
Analyze client needs, their processes and internal structures, and derive digitized processes and integrations.
Identify areas for improvement, often before the client notices them.
Lead end-to-end integration projects, from concept to production, with client teams and external partners.
Ensure requirements are documented, understood, and correctly implemented across all stakeholders.
Test and validate APIs.
Spot when documentation does not match reality.
Decide when a custom integration should become a standard connector, and write specifications for our developers.
Contribute to improving our internal tooling (sales, marketing, customer success).
Requirements
Master's degree in engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent background.
At least 2 years in an analytical role (consulting, BA, PM, integration) or in a position with significant impact.
Structured data: JSON, REST APIs, webhooks.
Able to read API documentation and apply it effectively.
Fluent in French and English.
Bonus: experience with low-code and AI tools (n8n, Cursor, Lovable, Make, Zapier).
