About the role
- Business Process Engineer analyzing client needs and processes at a Swiss SaaS startup. Leading integration projects and ensuring effective collaboration with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs, their processes and internal structures, and derive digitized processes and integrations.
- Identify areas for improvement, often before the client notices them.
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, from concept to production, with client teams and external partners.
- Ensure requirements are documented, understood, and correctly implemented across all stakeholders.
- Test and validate APIs.
- Spot when documentation does not match reality.
- Decide when a custom integration should become a standard connector, and write specifications for our developers.
- Contribute to improving our internal tooling (sales, marketing, customer success).
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent background.
- At least 2 years in an analytical role (consulting, BA, PM, integration) or in a position with significant impact.
- Structured data: JSON, REST APIs, webhooks.
- Able to read API documentation and apply it effectively.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Bonus: experience with low-code and AI tools (n8n, Cursor, Lovable, Make, Zapier).
