About the role

  • Apprenticeship supporting the Supply Chain capabilities at Bel Group, contributing to S&OP and planning processes with analytics tool implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the rollout of the S&OP process for central and local Supply Chain functions
  • Ensure correct execution of the S&OP process for the Supply Planning team
  • Support and help coordinate Supply Chain communities: organize monthly meetings and engage with planners to understand their challenges
  • Implement analytics tools such as Power BI: collect business requirements and monitor report development with Data/Analytics teams
  • Support Supply Planning teams on existing planning tools (JDA / SAP IBP)
  • Participate in continuous improvement of Master Planning and Distribution Planning processes

Requirements

  • Master's degree or current Master’s student in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • French and English (written and spoken) – regular interaction with colleagues worldwide
  • Familiarity with at least one planning tool (SAP IBP, JDA, Kinaxis, etc.) is a plus
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain is a plus
