About the role

  • Support, generate and sell Vendor sales opportunities to Ignition’s partners
  • Achieve sales targets, close business, and engage with SMB partners
  • Develop and grow accounts to increase Ignition's market coverage/presence
  • Manage a Forecast & Pipeline
  • Deal with incoming opportunities
  • Bring on new and existing partners for vendors
  • Understand the Ignition sales process and Vendor quoting and order process and sales cycles
  • Articulate the Vendor solution and the Ignition proposition
  • Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Targets
  • Target and identify larger opportunities running lead gen activities through partners and marketing
  • Partner onboarding

Requirements

  • Sales experience with in the IT channel
  • Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
  • Track record of success and closing business
  • Basic knowledge of IT
  • Able to pass the HM Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard test – this means you should be an EU national.
