About the role

  • Perform activities that drive functional alignment with compliance, regulatory, and governance objectives
  • Manage HR documents, policies, and procedures
  • Serve as secondary functional surveillance leader
  • Support HR Supplier Management Program
  • Conduct regular gap analysis for process improvements
  • Provide back-up coverage for Total Rewards team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk, or related field
  • 3+ years project management experience
  • Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and industry best practices
  • Experience with Third Party Vendor Management
