Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk, or related field
3+ years project management experience
Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills
Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
Advanced Excel skills
In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and industry best practices
Experience with Third Party Vendor Management
