Responsibilities
Maintain HR records, templates, and documentation to support day-to-day HR operations
Update and enhance HR resources, including guides, templates, and internal documentation
Support special projects and data initiatives, including HR trackers, reports, and dashboards
Coordinate logistics for HR initiatives, training sessions, and employee experience activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to advance HR programs and initiatives
Requirements
Student enrolled in human resources, business, commerce, psychology, organizational development, or related field of study at an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution
Eager to learn and highly organized
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills; being self-motivated and results-oriented
Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality
Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
Professional and approachable with strong written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
