About the role

  • APM (Growth) responsible for user acquisition at ConectCar, a company enhancing experiences through technology. Engaging in team activities and collaborating on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in team ceremonies;
  • Manage, prioritize, and monitor incidents and bugs (maintenance/support);
  • Manage and align the backlog with the PMM;
  • Negotiate and align dependencies with other APMs and PMs;
  • Write user stories using INVEST and 3Cs techniques;
  • Validate team deliveries ensuring quality practices and acceptance criteria are met;
  • Conduct biweekly alignment sessions with the team for user story discovery (US);
  • Clarify business questions with the development team;
  • Contribute to the creation of new epics and features;
  • Support the team and PMM in building OKRs;
  • Assist in building the product roadmap;
  • Monitor dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to maintain performance and results;
  • Follow business monitoring activities to ensure the product functions properly;
  • Support data interpretation and turn insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Contribute to defining the business tactical plan and break down initiatives to achieve objectives and deliver results;
  • Gather and use data to drive opportunities and hypotheses (data-driven);
  • Be strategically aligned with the company and the acquisition tribe, ensuring interactions and initiatives receive appropriate dedication and effort;
  • With a focus on the acquisition stage, maintain constant contact and be able to identify leads' pain points and needs during this stage to deliver value to customers and the company;
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of technology, marketing, communications, UX, data, and business.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of writing user stories using INVEST and 3Cs techniques;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and activation;
  • Solid and proven experience in the functions described above;
  • Technical requirements:
  • Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and technology environments organized in squads;
  • Experience with OKRs and value engineering for prioritization;
  • Experience with digital products;
  • Previous experience working as an APM or PO;
  • Experience in digital markets such as fintechs and digital wallets;
  • Previous experience writing user stories and working in multidisciplinary squads (development and business);
