About the role

  • HR Manager overseeing HR management for international locations at zetcom group. Driving talent acquisition, culture building, and HR strategy in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • HR management: Responsible for operational and strategic HR matters at our locations in Germany, Switzerland and internationally — in collaboration with local external experts.
  • Direct reporting to the CEO: You will work closely with senior management and have real influence on the strategic direction of our HR processes.
  • Talent acquisition & employer branding: You identify and attract top talent, optimize recruiting processes and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Advisory & company culture: Close collaboration with team leads and employees to foster a strong and appreciative company culture.
  • International HR coordination: Liaise with external providers (e.g. payroll, legal advisors) and manage cross-border HR topics.
  • HR strategy & processes: Further develop and digitize HR processes, implement HR software and optimize in areas such as compliance, talent development, and compensation & benefits.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational and/or strategic HR management — ideally with potential to grow into an HR leadership role.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with HR software and digital collaboration tools.
  • Enthusiasm for modern HR approaches, self-initiative and a desire to actively shape HR processes.
  • Fluent German and English skills for working in an international environment.
