Responsibilities
Independently manage the full spectrum of personnel administration
Record and maintain employee data in the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and maintain timekeeping records
Support in pre-payroll / payroll preparation
Draft employment contracts, contract amendments and references, and handle certificates and notifications
Cooperate with employee representatives / works council
Monitor and organize occupational health check-ups
Coordinate and book internal and external training measures
Support onboarding and deliver HR training for employees
Assist in the preparation of KPIs, analyses and statistics
Plan, coordinate and schedule, and participate in recruitment and selection processes
Advise and support managers and employees in all HR-related processes across the employee lifecycle
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with additional HR qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing company
Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) as part of your daily toolkit
Experience with HR systems, including SAP, and time tracking systems is desirable
Structured, careful and service-oriented working style
Team player, discrete and highly responsible
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
