Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar preferred)
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality
