About the role

  • HR Specialist supporting human resources processes across employee lifecycle at Calderys. Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with global HR standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
  • Support performance management, goal-setting, and appraisal processes
  • Assist in training and development initiatives and learning programs
  • Manage employee relations topics in line with company policies and local labor law
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and HR-related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and procedures
  • Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR projects
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar preferred)
  • Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
