Responsibilities
Provide first-level HR services support to employees and line managers
Answer internal HR inquiries via the Inquiry System
Perform basic HR transactions accurately and efficiently
Triage inquiries and escalate complex issues to second-level support
Input and maintain basic employee data in the HRIS system
Review employee-related documents and reports
Generate basic reports and performance measurements
Support coordination and administrative tasks across various HR processes
Collaborate with HR colleagues on ongoing HR processes
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent basic education
1–2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative or HR services role
Experience handling administrative tasks and transactional HR processes
Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset with a high focus on quality
Independent, well-organized, and reliable, with strong attention to detail
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively under pressure
Very good command of German and English
Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity
