About the role

  • HR Services Administrator role providing first-level HR support to employees and line managers at Sonova. Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling HR-related inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level HR services support to employees and line managers
  • Answer internal HR inquiries via the Inquiry System
  • Perform basic HR transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Triage inquiries and escalate complex issues to second-level support
  • Input and maintain basic employee data in the HRIS system
  • Review employee-related documents and reports
  • Generate basic reports and performance measurements
  • Support coordination and administrative tasks across various HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on ongoing HR processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent basic education
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative or HR services role
  • Experience handling administrative tasks and transactional HR processes
  • Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset with a high focus on quality
  • Independent, well-organized, and reliable, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively under pressure
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity
