Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team – focusing on Advisor support by administration.
Reporting to the HR Services Manager and based in Petaling Jaya office.
Work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration.
Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities.
Workflow monitoring and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least).
Manual data entries into the HR system.
Easy cases handling.
Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration.
Requirements
Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR)
Accomplish internship for a duration of 3-6 months
Proficient in English. Knowledge of additional language such as Mandarin is an added advantage
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Advance knowledge on Excel is an added advantage.
Possess customer focused attitude, keen for continuous improvement and motivated.
