About the role

  • HR Services Intern in multinational firm supporting administrative activities related to onboarding. Engaging with HR advisors and contributing to employee administration in Petaling Jaya office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team – focusing on Advisor support by administration.
  • Reporting to the HR Services Manager and based in Petaling Jaya office.
  • Work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration.
  • Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities.
  • Workflow monitoring and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least).
  • Manual data entries into the HR system.
  • Easy cases handling.
  • Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration.

Requirements

  • Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR)
  • Accomplish internship for a duration of 3-6 months
  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of additional language such as Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Advance knowledge on Excel is an added advantage.
  • Possess customer focused attitude, keen for continuous improvement and motivated.
