About the role
- HR Services Intern in multinational firm supporting administrative activities related to onboarding. Engaging with HR advisors and contributing to employee administration in Petaling Jaya office.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team – focusing on Advisor support by administration.
- Reporting to the HR Services Manager and based in Petaling Jaya office.
- Work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration.
- Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities.
- Workflow monitoring and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least).
- Manual data entries into the HR system.
- Easy cases handling.
- Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration.
Requirements
- Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR)
- Accomplish internship for a duration of 3-6 months
- Proficient in English. Knowledge of additional language such as Mandarin is an added advantage
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Advance knowledge on Excel is an added advantage.
- Possess customer focused attitude, keen for continuous improvement and motivated.
