About the role
- HR Services Specialist managing end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle for an international HR team. Ensuring smooth and high-quality HR experience across all departments and levels.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
- Support line managers and employees on HR topics
- Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
- Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
Requirements
- Education in Human Resources or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment
- Very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor)
- Proficient in English and another European language is mandatory (Dutch, Italian, French or Spanish)
- Strong team player with good communication skills
