About the role

  • HR Services Specialist managing end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle for an international HR team. Ensuring smooth and high-quality HR experience across all departments and levels.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle
  • Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
  • Support line managers and employees on HR topics
  • Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
  • Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions

Requirements

  • Education in Human Resources or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment
  • Very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor)
  • Proficient in English and another European language is mandatory (Dutch, Italian, French or Spanish)
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
