Responsibilities
Lead and direct HR Solutions Center Response Team handling HR inquiries, data management triage, and case management.
Adapt HR Solutions Response team structure to meet evolving HR and institutional needs.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workload balancing.
Manage employment verification vendor (Equifax Work Number).
Monitor and analyze service quality metrics.
Provide service performance reporting to HR leadership.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Management.
2+ years of experience with WashU Financial/Administrative/Student Information Systems (e.g., Workday, Sis, Cognos, Tableau).
