About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner providing HR support for the School of Public Health at Washington University. Collaborating with leaders to develop strategic HR initiatives and implement HR programs in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide complex HR support for school/s, departments, and Senior Business Partners
  • Develop and implement people strategies with academic and administrative leaders
  • Advise on HR topics, including performance management and workforce planning
  • Implement HR programs and processes in alignment with university policies
  • Serve as a liaison between assigned schools/departments and HR Solutions Center
  • Monitor and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Human Resources experience (8+ years)
  • Master's degree preferred
  • SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience in University Setting or Large, Complex Organization with a Matrix Structure (5 years)
  • Adaptability, Confidential Data Handling, Customer Service, Data Analysis
  • Interpersonal Management, Problem Solving, Talent Acquisition skills
