Responsibilities
Provide complex HR support for school/s, departments, and Senior Business Partners
Develop and implement people strategies with academic and administrative leaders
Advise on HR topics, including performance management and workforce planning
Implement HR programs and processes in alignment with university policies
Serve as a liaison between assigned schools/departments and HR Solutions Center
Monitor and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Human Resources experience (8+ years)
Master's degree preferred
SPHR certification preferred
Experience in University Setting or Large, Complex Organization with a Matrix Structure (5 years)
Adaptability, Confidential Data Handling, Customer Service, Data Analysis
Interpersonal Management, Problem Solving, Talent Acquisition skills
